You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping Protection is available for a fee at check out. This is the best was to insure your package from loss or damage.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Local Pick-Ups

All local pick-ups must be picked up within 30 days of the purchase date. If not, your order will be cancelled and refunded, minus a 15% restocking fee.

International Shipping

To return/exchange an item or if the item is received damaged, you will be responsible for paying the international shipping cost.
